Okay, the topic's a song title (minus the NPC) but the point is this:

How do I make my darn NPCs run? There's an obstacle course in a training camp and I'm using spawners that change the location of the TRIGMOB to make it look as though they're crossing the obstacles, but I need the NPCs to "run" up to the first spawner. I've tried changing active/passivespeed to no avail.

I also need to make sure that the spawned NPC despawns at the end of the obstacle course, which syntax should I use to make this happen?

Now I'm trying to make one spawner trigger four others. I've named them all uniquely and I've gotten it to spawn, but I want to make sure that the spawners are off when they're not actively spawning. Do I need to preface my SPAWN command with a command to turn the spawners on and off both before and after? What's the best way to make sure this happens?

Also, how about making a spawner spawn when all the mobs from another spawner are killed?

While I'm still waiting for answers, I've thought up new questions.

I've got a spawner using a specific player's serial number as a trigger. The idea is that when he trigger is spawned, he's "knocked out" and transported by the spawner to another location where he'll be in a jail cell. I don't want him to be there for terribly long so I was thinking I could use an XMLAttachment with a time limit on it and when it expires he gets let out.

Anyone able to help me out with this one too?

I'll just keep loading up this post until I get my answers! smile.gif
