Hello! Just a quick question to verify that I have everything in the right place!

"Make a folder called Spawns in the main RunUO installation directory (where your server.exe is) and place the .xml files in there. Then make a folder named XmlQuestNPC in the main RunUO installation directory and place the .npc files there."

Ok, then I assume the XMLQuestNPC and Spawn folders in the archive are placed in the RunUO root directory.

Where do the SpawnerConfigs folder and the file xmlquesttoken.xml from the archive go?

you can just extract everything to the RunUO folder. That is the default location for the Spawns, XmlQuestNPC, and SpawnerConfigs folders.
The xmlquesttoken.xml file goes there as well.
You can always put those folders in a different location if you like, but then you will have to include that path when you refer to files in them.
