Using the examples in the xmlquestpointsrewards.cs I put in several XmlEnemyMastery attachments on the quest reward stone(Balron/Dragon/Drake). I found that players can buy 1 (it applies), then if they buy another, they are charged the first one fades & the second is applied. Is there a way to either attach both(if they are different) or have it stop from getting attached/charged.

XmlStr /XmlInt / XmlDex again using the examples given in the script. if player buys the same one twice, they are charged but the attachment is only timer reset. Could it be made to not attach if already exist.
